3) The balance is due in full (30) days before your arrival date

5) Reservations made less than (30) days before arrival must be paid in full.
6) We require a damage deposit of $500.00 refundable after check out inspection
7) Stays longer than two weeks require an interim cleaning ($ 150.)
8) We do not offer a weekend rate in peak season unless the home is not rented within 7 days of the proposed date.
9) We love pets, however, due to allergies, etc, we do not allow cats and can only allow dogs of less than 20lbs. The pet fee is $30. per night per pet. (Home is treated after each pet leaves.)
